Braum`s in Yukon

I can't drive past a Braums with getting a frozen yogurt twist cone.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch on Saturday, July 27, 2019, and I have to give incredible kudos to the young man named Von Paul. He was by himself running the counter, the ice cream station and cleaning and wiping off tables or while running circles around all of the other employees. The crazy part is… He’s a student employee probably around the age of 14 if I were to guess. Props young man, it’s incredible to see such a work ethic from such a young person. Take notes everyone else there!

Everytime I go in there it's clean and the atmosphere is good. The food is always fresh, hot and good. The staff is friendly and fast.

I enjoy Braums burgers. The ice cream is obviously a go to. I used to go to Sonic all the time for my banana split, I didn't live near a Braums at the time, but then they discontinued them. Thankfully I now live near one and I love their banana splits more. My only complaint is that this location tends to be slow. You can easily wait 5 to 10 minutes at the window for your food only to be told to pull forward and they'll bring it out to you. Also they could give out more napkins. I recently got an ice cream cone and a sundae and a drink for the kids and we got 1 napkin.

For the longest time I've been trying to make it a point to stop at a Braum's restaurant and try out their food and especially their ice cream it was a great experience I loved it and I will return

Best Malts in the WORLD!!!!I had a chocolate malt and my girlfriend had a banana milkshake. The service is very friendly.And as quick as possible. They take a little more time than your usual fast food restaurant. That's because they are doing it right:)

The Burgers here far surpass any fast food restaurant I have eaten at. Their ice cream is truly AWESOME! WITH A VERY REASONABLE COST! BRAMS is truly a very good place to eat and get that Ice Cream treat. Stop buy and check out there goodies! Found primarily in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas!

We stop here to eat my food was bad and I can't drink rootbeer at all. I ask for a dr.peper and am on the road and get a drink it was rootbeer. Never will I go back

We waited at the counter for 10 mins for someone to take our order, while we were waiting we saw about half of the employees just hanging out in the kitchen. Some employees walked right by to go the the restroom or clean the table whilst they could have been taking our order. Overall our service was super slow for just 4 orders of fries!

Freezer section has Amy's gluten free food and they heated it up for me. Yay! Hubby got his burger and I actually got to eat for a change.

The food quality has gone downhill at both Braums locations in Yukon. The hamburger patties have been warm and dry. I will spend the extra couple of dollars to buy a hamburger that is made to order. It will be a while before I take my family to Braums for dinner.

Braums needs the audit team or secret shoppers in here...worst service and complete wrong order...but it happens, but there happened to be plastic strips on the biscuit I got, probably from the shrink wrap they have on them..

Burgers a bit overdrive and dry. Very good ice cream, sherbet, fries, sodas. Clean facility.

I didn't have a pleasant dine in experience at all. The main guy that was working the register was horrible at his job. He wasn't very interactive with me or other customers. He was rude. He didn't give my husband or I our cups til right before we got our orders. We asked for ranch and didn't get any. He wasn't very interested in helping customers. It got busy right before we left and there was a line forming!!! He didn't give me back the .83 cents just the 12 dollars!! He also SCRATCHED his head WITH HIS GLOVES ON!!!!!!!!!!! He didn't want to do his job. The chicken that we had was overcooked and not edible! I'm very upset. I was hoping to have a good lunch before my husband had to be at work and that didn't happen at all.

A Cpl junior cheeseburgers, fries, and chicken strips rounded the night out nicely. Almost fell for ther grape sherbet! Almost!

Best chili bowl ever!!! You can add extras like jalapenos, cheese, and onions. It's also hard to find a better tasting ice cream place to compare it to.
